He made some modifications while in the existing Scandinavian Bundt pots and pans and fashioned the pan due to aluminum.

Initially there was a slow step to the newly modified and even developed aluminum cake skillet. But in 1966, a Bundt cake entry won a minute prize in a treat baking competition sponsored through Pillsbury. This led for a major increase in demand for those Bundt cake pans, surpassing even the tin Jell-O mold regarding sale in the states. Since the introduction within the product, the Nordic Ware supplier has sold more 50 thousand Bundt pans till meeting.
